Learning Targets for the Unit:
I CAN…identify the three key economic questions that all societies must answer and analyze the socital values that determine how a country answers the three economic questions.
I CAN...describe the characteristics of a traditional economy, free market economy, centrally planned economy & a mixed economy and identify its advantages and disadvantages.
I CAN...distinguish between socialism and communism.
I CAN...compare mixed economies of various nations.
I CAN...interpret a circular flow model of both a free market economy AND a mixed economy.I CAN...describe the role of free enterprise in the U.S. economy.

How do we decide who gets what goods and services in society?
